Pairs 30 minute Advertising Project
Whilst studying in the second year of the Foundation Degree in Graphic and Digital Media Design, the task was to create a fictitious advertising project for Volkswagen, in 30 minutes whilst working in pairs. The advertisement had to subliminally show a message that Volkswagen wanted to convey about a product.
We decided to create out advertisement for the VW Golf, using an image of a golf ball on tee, with the strap-line "Our design down to a tee." We felt that this idea played on the name linking it to the sport, using the strap-line conveyed the message that VW and golf were a strong brand and product, linking the strap-line and design back to the sports theme.
